Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance the Cotiviti product suite, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer II will lead the development of high-quality software modules, analyze complex issues, and ensure comprehensive documentation of applications.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and improvement of software modules for the Cotiviti product suite
- Analyze and resolve complex software-related issues, identifying root causes from internal or external customers
- Champion comprehensive documentation of specifications, design, features, and operation of applications prior to production roll out
Required qualifications
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of industry experience, including 4+ years in healthcare data
- Proficiency with relational databases and ETL processes, with 5+ years of experience
- Experience with programming languages such as Java or Python, and scripting languages like VBScript or PowerShell
- Strong knowledge and application of SAFe agile practices preferred
