Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Joining a dynamic agile team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications while working in a hybrid environment based out of Pittsburgh, PA or Morgantown, WV, with potential for remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET Razor Pages, React, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server
- Modify legacy applications to implement new requirements, enhancements, and defect fixes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and estimate user stories and engage in Scrum ceremonies for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a directly related technical field
- 8+ years of work experience in IT or 6+ years with a Master's degree in a related field
- 4+ years of experience developing web applications
- 4+ years of experience working with relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server
