Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop sophisticated full-stack systems for the interview platform, incorporating AI capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in developing and launching web applications/systems in production environments
• Experience with AI/ML technologies and integrating LLM APIs
• Strong proficiency in Ruby, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar languages
• Experience with system architecture, database design, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentor teammates
