Key Responsibilities

• Build, scale, ship, and monitor AI and Agent platforms using technologies like Java, Python, MySQL, and AWS
• Integrate generative AI across the existing ecosystem and define frameworks for AI enablement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and complete feature work

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in designing and supporting production-grade backend systems in Java or Python
• 3+ years of experience in improving architectural patterns of large-scale software applications
• 1+ years of experience in resolving complex architectural and performance bottlenecks
• 1+ years of experience architecting scalable systems that power AI-enabled features (preferred)
• Experience with LLM and agent orchestration frameworks (preferred)
