Job Summary

To enhance AI agent capabilities and develop core product functionality, a freelance Senior Software Engineer (AI) will work remotely to improve user experience, evolve hybrid workflows, and design observability metrics while maintaining production services in Python.

Key responsibilities

• Extend agent capabilities and add new features to improve user experience
• Enhance collaboration between agents and human experts by evolving hybrid workflows
• Design and implement observability metrics for agent quality and system reliability

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with advanced proficiency in Python
• At least 2 years of experience building and launching autonomous AI agents
• Minimum of 1 year of professional development experience in Java or C++
• Strong enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and disciplined engineering standards in machine learning
• Competency in architecting high-scale backend systems
