Job Summary

Joining a small, highly autonomous team, the remote Senior Software Engineer, AI will design and build core components of an AI agent platform, focusing on operational workflows and backend service architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and own core components of the agent platform, including orchestration and tool integrations
• Architect the knowledge and memory infrastructure to enable agents to retrieve data and act across systems
• Collaborate with Operations to identify automation opportunities and translate process knowledge into agent capabilities

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of backend systems engineering experience
• Experience with AI/LLM agent platform development
• Proficiency in API design and system integration
• Product-minded with experience in owning projects and self-direction
• Strong backend engineering fundamentals
