Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer - AI will design, develop, and optimize backend systems for search functionality, focusing on high-performance and scalable solutions that enhance AI-driven capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and services for search functionality, ensuring high performance and reliability
• Implement and optimize search and AI-driven algorithms to enhance search accuracy and efficiency
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers while collaborating with product teams to integrate AI-driven capabilities

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on building and scaling microservices and data retrieval systems
• Proficiency in C# and .NET, as well as experience with Python, Redis, and PostgreSQL
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure, and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in SaaS application development and collaboration with product management and design teams
