Senior Software Engineer - AI

Job Summary

Leading the development of GenAI-powered product experiences, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer - AI will design and operate production AI features, build shared AI platform infrastructure, and write LLM applications for marketing and customer-facing products.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build, and operate AI features such as RAG pipelines and conversational agents
• Develop the shared AI platform layer, including retrieval infrastructure and model monitoring
• Evaluate model and feature quality using structured frameworks and iterate on AI strategies

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI-driven SDLC tools
• Proficiency in Python and experience building production LLM applications
• Hands-on experience with at least one specialization in RAG systems, LLM evaluation, or workflow automation
• Strong understanding of software design principles, automated testing, and CI/CD
• Ability to drive technical decisions and mentor junior engineers
