Senior Software Engineer (AI Infrastructure)

Job Summary

To support the development of cutting-edge AI products, the freelance Senior Software Engineer (AI Infrastructure) will design, build, and maintain production-grade software systems remotely, focusing on scalable code and optimizing APIs and data pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software systems for AI training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines
• Write clean, well-tested code in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages while optimizing backend services
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams asynchronously

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python or TypeScript/JavaScript
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system design principles
