Senior Software Engineer - AI/ML

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer - AI/ML will design, develop, and maintain backend systems for generative AI, ensuring high performance and scalability while providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and services for generative AI and agentic workflows
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to integrate AI-driven capabilities across the platform
• Monitor and optimize performance of agentic workflows, addressing bottlenecks and ensuring low-latency responses

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on building and scaling microservices
• 5+ years of experience with C# and .NET, and 3+ years with Python
• Proficient in PostgreSQL and experienced in Test Driven Development (TDD)
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
