Job Summary

To drive innovation in AI solutions, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer - AI/ML will design, develop, and optimize backend systems for generative AI and agentic workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and services for generative AI, ensuring high performance and reliability
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to integrate AI-driven capabilities across the platform
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting best practices in backend development

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on building and scaling microservices
• Proficiency in C# and .NET, along with experience in Python and PostgreSQL
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Extensive experience in SaaS application development and modern distributed systems
