Senior Software Engineer, Backend

Job Summary

Building AI infrastructure for customer support and compliance, the full-time Senior Software Engineer, Backend will design and deliver agentic systems, develop scalable backend solutions in Python and Golang, and drive complex AI initiatives in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design and delivery of AI systems that automate customer support and compliance operations
• Build secure backend infrastructure to serve AI workloads, including model integration and measurement frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement high-impact automation opportunities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications or AI/ML systems in production
• Proficiency in Python and Golang, with experience integrating AI models into workflows
• Track record of delivering impactful end-to-end projects in ambiguous problem spaces
• Experience building data pipelines and working with large-scale unstructured data sources
