Senior Software Engineer, Backend

Job Summary

Building AI infrastructure and agentic systems, the full-time Senior Software Engineer, Backend will design and deliver automation solutions for customer support and compliance operations, working remotely while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the design and delivery of agentic AI systems for automation of customer support and compliance
• Build scalable backend infrastructure in Python and Golang to serve AI workloads, including integration pipelines
• Drive end-to-end project execution on complex AI initiatives, balancing technical trade-offs

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, focusing on production services using microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications or AI/ML systems in production
• Proficiency in Python and Golang, with experience integrating third-party AI models into workflows
• Track record of delivering impactful end-to-end projects in ambiguous problem spaces
• Experience building data pipelines and working with large-scale unstructured data sources
