Senior Software Engineer, Backend

Job Summary

Building AI infrastructure for customer support and compliance, the full-time Senior Software Engineer, Backend will design and deliver agentic AI systems while developing scalable backend infrastructure in Python and Golang, all within a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design and delivery of AI systems for customer support and compliance automation
• Build secure backend infrastructure to serve AI workloads, including integration pipelines and measurement frameworks
• Drive end-to-end project execution on complex AI initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with expertise in microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications or AI/ML systems in production
• Proficiency in Python and Golang, with experience integrating AI models into production workflows
• Track record of delivering impactful end-to-end projects in ambiguous problem spaces
• Experience building data pipelines and working with large-scale unstructured data sources
