Senior Software Engineer, Backend

Job Summary

Building AI infrastructure for customer support and compliance, the full-time Senior Software Engineer, Backend will design and deliver agentic systems while developing scalable backend solutions in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the design and delivery of AI systems for customer support and compliance automation
• Build secure backend infrastructure in Python and Golang for AI workloads and integration pipelines
• Drive project execution on complex AI initiatives, focusing on technical trade-offs and collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications or AI/ML systems in production
• Proficiency in Python and Golang, including experience with third-party AI model integration
• Track record of delivering impactful end-to-end projects in ambiguous problem spaces
• Experience with data pipelines and large-scale unstructured data sources
