Senior Software Engineer - C++/Swift

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - C++/Swift (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build the OpenVPN 3 tunnel adapter for an iOS VPN application
• Cross-compile OpenVPN 3 and its dependencies for iOS arm64 and implement the bidirectional packet I/O loop
• Write unit and integration tests, profile memory usage, and fix bugs during the QA phase

Required Qualifications

• Strong modern C++ experience (C++17)
• Experience shipping at least one iOS framework, library, or app integrating a C++ codebase
• Familiarity with Objective-C++ or willingness to learn quickly
• Proficiency with the Xcode build system and cross-compilation targets
• Debugging experience in constrained environments such as iOS app extensions
