Senior Software Engineer, Cloud

Job Summary

Leading software projects end-to-end, the full-time Senior Software Engineer, Cloud will architect and build next-generation internal platforms, delivering innovative solutions using AWS services while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead software projects from scoping and architecture through delivery and long-term ownership
• Design and implement systems for deploying, managing, and scaling applications, while enhancing cloud efficiency
• Mentor junior engineers and build strong relationships with service owners to drive cloud architecture best practices

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in cloud engineering or a related discipline
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or PHP
• Experience managing large-scale Kubernetes systems (EKS or Bare Metal)
