Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Data).
Key Responsibilities
- Build foundational capabilities using domain-driven design and test-driven development for CBS Sports properties
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of core sports GraphQL subgraphs and services
- Participate in scrum ceremonies and practice DevOps with continuous deployment and monitoring
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering focused on data and data system development
- Experience in designing and maintaining GraphQL schemas and optimizing query performance
- Proficiency in Javascript/TypeScript, Python, and Node.js
- Hands-on experience in a distributed cloud-based environment, preferably AWS
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical degree, or equivalent professional experience
