Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack

Job Summary

To support the development of agentic AI features, the full-time Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack will own agent surfaces end-to-end, integrating LLMs and designing tools while working remotely from the United States or Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or more agent surfaces, handling LLM integration, tool design, and backend orchestration
• Contribute to the shared agent platform, focusing on tool abstractions, chat persistence, and observability
• Shape the technical direction for agent architecture and framework choices across the organization

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on production LLM-powered or agentic features
• Fluency in tool calling, prompt engineering, and building systems where LLMs are integral components
• Experience with eval frameworks and observability for non-deterministic systems
• Full-stack development skills, capable of working across backend orchestration and conversational UI
• Strong sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach
