Senior Software Engineer I

Job Summary

To enhance AI/ML infrastructure and drive generative AI initiatives, the full-time Senior Software Engineer I will develop scalable solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Improve AI/ML infrastructure for model development, training, and deployment, focusing on generative AI architectures
• Design a multi-year vision for generative AI areas, including text generation and personalized content creation
• Architect systems to enhance AI model capabilities and analyze product usage patterns for data-driven decisions

Required qualifications:

• BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience building full-stack web applications in a cross-functional team
• 3+ years of experience with SQL or other database querying languages on large multi-table data sets
• 2+ years of experience as a trusted technical decision-maker in a team setting
• 2+ years of experience coaching other engineers
