Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer II to join their Authentication, Authorization, and Access Controls (AAA) team.

Key Responsibilities

• Set standards for software quality by writing maintainable code and implementing Identity and Access Management solutions
• Lead initiatives to enhance the resilience, security, and availability of Identity and Access Management applications
• Guide the design and execution of technical solutions while mentoring other engineers and fostering a collaborative environment

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software development, particularly with Ruby on Rails
• Proven ability to recommend system-level improvements related to security, scalability, and reliability
• Experience collaborating with product and design teams to refine product requirements
• Understanding of both backend and frontend technologies and willingness to learn across the tech stack
• Commitment to fostering a psychologically safe team environment through collaboration and mentorship
