Senior Software Engineer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior II Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze system performance, identify problems, and implement solutions
• Extend metrics collection and create visualizations for system performance
• Build tooling to identify system performance issues and train other engineers

Required Qualifications

• 7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Extensive programming experience in C, with knowledge of Python, Bash, or Perl
• Deep understanding of the Linux kernel and computer system architectures
• Experience with virtualization technologies and hardware offload technologies
• Familiarity with performance analysis tools and concurrent programming
