Key Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to medium-to-large feature releases across engineering teams
• Mentor engineers and participate in the hiring process
• Estimate and manage project timelines and risks while ensuring knowledge sharing within the team

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering or development experience
• Minimum of 3 years in designing and deploying containerized applications
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and advanced shell scripting
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and object-oriented design principles
• Hands-on programming experience in relevant languages such as Java or Typescript
