Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer II AI-Native, Messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate streaming services on Kafka and Spring Boot, directing AI agents for development tasks
• Manage Kafka connectors and schema evolution across Protobuf and Schema Registry
• Develop monitoring and operational tools, and participate in on-call rotations for incident response

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of backend software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
• Production experience with Apache Kafka or similar distributed streaming platforms
• Solid understanding of distributed systems concepts
• Experience with AWS and Terraform for infrastructure management
