Senior Software Engineer II

Job Summary

To support the Experimentation & ML Intelligence team, the remote Senior Software Engineer II will design and build high-quality Android growth features and experiments, leveraging AI tools to enhance product activation, conversion, and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Android features and experiments focused on user onboarding, activation, and retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate hypotheses into actionable experiments and analyze results for decision-making
• Define and codify AI-native engineering practices, creating playbooks for broader adoption within the mobile organization

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of Android software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production apps at consumer scale
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs)
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, along with familiarity with modern Android toolchains
• Experience with mobile experimentation concepts such as A/B testing and feature flagging
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
