Job Summary

Leading the delivery of high-quality solutions, the full-time Senior Software Engineer II will design core capabilities and APIs for AI-powered applications, mentor team members, and influence architectural decisions while working in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of secure, high-quality, performant code and build reusable solutions
• Drive design by defining patterns, conducting design reviews, and shaping architecture
• Enhance testing, automation, and code delivery processes while addressing production issues

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in leading delivery and shaping design within a software engineering team
• Experience building and operating production services and APIs
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with AI coding agents and their effective usage in development
• Advanced problem-solving skills with a comfort in stakeholder interactions
