Senior Software Engineer II

Job Summary

Architecting AI-driven solutions, the full-time Senior Software Engineer II will design and build production-grade LLM-powered agents and workflows remotely, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into impactful technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade LLM-powered agents and workflows, making architecture decisions on system design and deployment strategies
• Develop and optimize prompts and agent reasoning patterns, building frameworks to measure accuracy and performance across model versions
• Implement and manage end-to-end AI systems on cloud infrastructure, including monitoring and optimization

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years working directly with LLMs in production
• Deep experience with prompt engineering and context engineering
• Strong working knowledge of RAG architectures and LLM evaluation frameworks
• Fluency in agent system design and strong Python skills
• BS or MS in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent industry experience
