Senior Software Engineer II

Job Summary

Focusing on the variability of data ingestion, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer II will develop scalable solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute technical roadmaps, and mentor junior engineers in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement scalable and performant solutions for data ingestion challenges
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to execute technical roadmaps using Agile methodologies
• Mentor and coach junior engineers through code reviews and constructive feedback

Required qualifications:

• BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in backend or data engineering development within a cross-functional team
• 3+ years of experience with SQL or other database querying languages on large multi-table datasets
• 3+ years of experience as a trusted technical decision-maker in a team setting
• 3+ years of experience coaching other engineers
