Senior Software Engineer II

Job Summary

To shape the technical direction of the Web Experience platform, the remote Senior Software Engineer II will design and build AI-powered features, enhance full-stack systems, and standardize development patterns while collaborating across teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Help shape the technical direction of the Web Experience platform, focusing on full-stack systems and AI-powered product experiences
• Design and build end-to-end features that integrate AI into product workflows, including customer-facing experiences and backend services
• Scale systems to support growth in product usage and AI adoption while maintaining reliability and quality

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years building software with strong programming and design fundamentals
• 4+ years working on large-scale distributed systems
• 4+ years leading technical projects across multiple teams
• Experience with Go, Python, TypeScript, or similar programming languages
