Job Summary
Focused on delivering scalable backend services and full-stack features, the full-time Senior Software Engineer II (ML Ops) will work remotely to enhance the Lister experience, collaborating with product, design, and analytics teams while mentoring junior engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Own the design and delivery of scalable backend services that power the Lister experience
- Drive full-stack feature delivery from Kotlin/Ruby services to TypeScript/React interfaces
- Shape technical solutions for ambiguous problems, balancing speed and long-term maintainability
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in quality-focused organizations
- Strong grounding in computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs
- Working proficiency in at least one of Kotlin, Ruby, or TypeScript
- Experience working across the stack, from backend services through frontend applications
