Senior Software Engineer in Test

Job Summary

To support the development of groundbreaking autonomous vehicle solutions, the full-time Senior Software Engineer in Test will build and enhance simulation testing infrastructure, automate test processes, and collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure high standards in vehicle performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative end-to-end simulation solutions to evaluate autonomous vehicle performance
• Lead automation efforts for simulation test creation, execution, and analysis
• Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence within the team

Required qualifications:

• PhD with 4+ years, MS with 6+ years, or BS with 8+ years of relevant experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in building testing infrastructure and test automation
• Strong programming skills in Python and C++
• Experience with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) or simulation environments
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams
