Senior Software Engineer - Interop

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Interop.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs for retrieving and processing patient records using FHIR and related standards
• Integrate with external healthcare systems and EHR vendors while modernizing legacy integrations
• Lead code reviews and mentor other engineers on healthcare integrations and backend service design

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft stack (C#, .NET Framework / .NET 6+, ASP.NET)
• Experience with healthcare interoperability, particularly FHIR based integrations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Active use of AI coding tools integrated into the development workflow
