Dive deep into MEV and on-chain trading on Solana network
Collaborate to build high-performance features
Drive features from inception to completion and debug performance bottlenecks

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of systems programming experience in Rust, C, or C++
Familiarity with low latency, high performance, and high reliability programming
Experience shipping software daily and working at a <50 person startup
Entrepreneurial mindset and understanding of business-engineering relationship
Ability to balance engineering-time tradeoff
