Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a reliable and scalable training framework for ML modeling needs
• Enhance the developer experience for ML engineers by building tools for testing, validation, and model understanding
• Optimize and deploy ML models while collaborating with multiple modeling teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience building end-to-end ML model pipelines, including logs processing and model training
• Proven track record of shipping ML products at scale, such as NLP or computer vision
• Ability to create abstractions and tooling for rapid model iteration
• Experience in building scalable and reliable infrastructure in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with model training, optimization, and large data processing pipelines
