Senior Software Engineer, MLOps

Job Summary

To support a growing engineering team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer, MLOps will design and operate an online feature store for ML features, build data pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate the online feature store for real-time ML feature serving
• Build and maintain data pipelines for feature computation, validation, and publication
• Act as a technical leader, driving enhancements in quality, scalability, and reliability of ML systems

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software experience, focusing on backend systems with Python, and 2-3 years in MLOps
• Strong experience with relational databases, particularly Postgres, including schema design and query optimization
• Experience building and operating real-time inference systems
• Understanding of the reliability and correctness demands of ML-serving infrastructure
• Typically holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
