Senior Software Engineer - NC

Job Summary

To support the integration of enterprise banking systems, the remote Senior Software Engineer - NC will design, develop, and optimize incentive compensation solutions on the Varicent platform, focusing on data integration with Snowflake and core banking applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Varicent SPM/ICM solutions for sales compensation and performance reporting
• Build and maintain data integration pipelines between Varicent, Snowflake, and enterprise applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate data delivery and support compensation cycles

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in software application development, or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience
• Hands-on experience with Varicent SPM/ICM solutions and calculation development
• Strong experience with Snowflake Data Cloud, including SQL development and performance tuning
• Experience integrating Varicent with core banking platforms and enterprise financial systems
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools and data integration frameworks
