Senior Software Engineer - NC Licensed

Job Summary

To support the development of cloud-native payment solutions, the remote Senior Software Engineer - NC Licensed will design, develop, integrate, and maintain applications using AWS technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-native applications on AWS
• Participate in technical design, coding, testing, troubleshooting, and production support
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in software application development or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience
• 3+ years of hands-on AWS cloud engineering and architecture experience
• Strong expertise with AWS services including Lambda, ECS, and DynamoDB
• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices
• Hands-on development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and/or Node.js
