Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize the Oracle B2C Service application
Develop in-depth knowledge of Chewy's business processes and systems environment
Monitor alerts and reports to ensure systems are functioning properly

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in MIS or CS, or equivalent work experience
7+ years of full software development lifecycle experience
5+ years of experience developing Oracle B2C Service configuration and customization features
5+ years of experience working with RESTful web services
A working knowledge of call center/contact center operations and processes
