Senior Software Engineer - Pega

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Pega, this full-time remote position will drive the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale workflows while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance and improve systems, processes, and applications through programming specifications and test plans
• Analyze user requests and business specifications to determine scope, time estimates, and system impacts
• Provide technical support for production systems, ensuring functionality and drafting necessary documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in software application development and maintenance, or
• High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in software application development and maintenance
• Expertise as a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) with hands-on experience in the Pega Platform
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture
• Ability to provide 24/7 on-call support via rotations
