Senior Software Engineer - Security

Job Summary

To safeguard the Security Cloud from advanced threats, the full-time Senior Software Engineer - Security will develop and deploy security tooling and automation within a remote environment, collaborating with product security teams to enhance operational tools and APIs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and operation of scalable systems that support the security mission
• Design and implement software and automation tools for security use cases, including vulnerability discovery and multi-cloud visibility
• Ensure SRE excellence for critical security services through performance monitoring and response processes

Required qualifications

• Experience in a Software Engineering role, particularly with event-driven systems and automation tools
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang, Python, React, Angular, and/or Typescript
• In-depth understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containers, and software cryptographic signing
• Experience managing the end-to-end SDLC with a focus on stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
