Job Summary
Leading high-impact security initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer, Security will shape security tooling and AppSec practices, mentor engineers, and enhance secure design across engineering projects.
Key responsibilities
- Shape the technical direction of security tooling and AppSec practices
- Lead secure design and threat modeling across major engineering projects
- Build and extend in-house security tooling, leveraging AI for automation and scalability
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in security (AppSec, DevSecOps, offensive security, or similar)
- Proven ability to find and exploit complex vulnerabilities in applications and infrastructure
- Experience leading threat modeling and secure design across engineering projects
- Hands-on cloud infrastructure or cloud security experience (AWS, Kubernetes)
- Comfortable writing and maintaining code, preferably in Python
