Job Summary
Designing and evolving Algolia's Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFCC) integration, the full-time Senior Software Engineer, SFCC will manage the architecture and scalability of the integration while resolving complex issues and contributing to technical documentation in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain the SFCC integration, ensuring its scalability and long-term direction
- Own technical work from design through delivery, including writing technical RFCs and contributing to architectural decisions
- Investigate and resolve integration issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFCC), including SFRA, cartridges, and B2C Commerce APIs
- Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and requireJs
- Experience integrating commerce platforms with external APIs and services
- Solid software engineering fundamentals, including automated testing and maintainable design
- Ability to communicate technical findings and remediation plans clearly through documentation
