Senior Software Engineer Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer/Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers through code reviews, design critiques, and career mentorship
• Design and build scalable solutions while balancing production-quality code with rapid prototype development
• Own sprint planning and quarterly roadmap execution, acting as the final escalation point for complex technical issues

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong CS fundamentals, OOP, data structures, and algorithms
• Proficiency in Go (preferred) and/or vanilla JavaScript
• Strong SQL skills and experience building/maintaining Microservices
• Proven leadership experience while remaining hands-on
• Upper-intermediate+ English proficiency
