Senior Software Engineer, Test

Job Summary

To support the development of groundbreaking autonomous vehicle solutions, the full-time Senior Software Engineer, Test will build robust simulation infrastructure and collaborate with multi-functional teams to enhance testing and validation processes, working remotely or onsite in Santa Clara, NJ, or MI.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain metrics and test sets for performance measurements of autonomous driving systems
• Collaborate with engineering and test teams to build scalable test solutions and mitigate project risks
• Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence and problem-solving

Required qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in an Engineering or Science field
• 5+ years of software engineering and data analysis experience in simulation or autonomous systems
• Proficiency in Python and strong understanding of software engineering practices
• Demonstrated ability to perform in high ambiguity and competing priorities
• Curiosity and a desire to deeply understand complex problems
