Senior Software Engineering Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting Agile Scrum teams, the full-time Senior Software Engineering Business Analyst will translate complex business needs into high-quality software solutions while collaborating with product owners and stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Software Development Lifecycle by analyzing and documenting business and technical requirements
• Drive requirements discussions with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria, and lead the implementation of complex software projects from inception to completion

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, technical business analysis, and product development
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Agile certifications (CSPO, CSM, PMI-ACP) preferred
