Senior Software Engineering Leader - Gen AI Platforms and Products

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineering Leader in Gen AI Platforms and Products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, promoting best practices and fostering a collaborative environment
• Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of Gen AI platforms and products with a focus on scalability and performance
• Work with product and technical architects to drive forward the AI platform understanding requirements and ensuring they translate into technical deliverables

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• 8+ years of programming experience in languages such as Python, JS, Go, and experience with Kubernetes
• 5+ years of machine learning principles and techniques, including deep learning, RNNs, and transformer models
• 5+ years of software engineering leadership experience with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
