Senior Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading the transformation of core application platforms, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineering Manager will manage a high-performing team while overseeing the modernization of legacy technologies into a modern architecture using Go (Golang), SQL Server, and Azure.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a software engineering team, establishing strategies and development plans
• Direct hands-on development efforts to modernize legacy application code
• Design and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of additional software development experience
• 5+ years of software engineering leadership or managerial experience
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, including Go (Golang) and SQL Server
• Experience designing and deploying AI-powered applications or integrating machine learning capabilities
• Proven ability to identify and resolve complex technical and organizational problems
