Key Responsibilities:

Foster an engineering culture focused on creativity, quality, and accountability in planning and delivering customer valued features and experiences
Manage direct reports through coaching, mentoring, and inspiration through strong leadership skills
Build and maintain a production support team structure and processes

Required Qualifications:

10+ years in the software engineering industry
5+ years' managing direct reports
5+ years' experience building and/or leading multi-channel eCommerce applications
5+ years' experience delivering within agile development methodology
Bachelor's degree in IT related majors or concentrations
