Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with significant experience in data infrastructure
• At least 3+ years in a leadership or management role
• Strong knowledge of data infrastructure technologies like Python, Scala, Kafka, and Spark
• Proficiency with databases and warehouses such as Postgres, Snowflake, and DynamoDB
• Proven track record of mentoring and fostering engineering excellence
