Senior Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement changes and deliver impact using emerging technologies
• Manage and mentor software engineers to produce reliable and high-quality code
• Oversee the design architecture and integration with third-party systems, driving agile methods and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field
• 5 years of experience building technology strategies and operationalizing a people data platform
• 5 years of experience integrating various first-party and third-party people products
• 5 years of experience in technical platform evaluations and enablement, including hyper automation platforms
• Must pass a technical interview
